The Delta Watershed Landowners Coalition (DWLC) is a clearinghouse for Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta agricultural and community interests.
We are a coalition of boaters, farmers, fishermen, local businesses and water districts committed to maintaining our rural communities and our way of life. We provide information to and work with North, Central, and South Delta landowners on issues that will have profound changes in our shared future: Changing Delta governance, land and water management regulations, out of watershed water exports, government takings of land, Safe Harbor and neighbor protections for listed species, and powerline and canal right of way projects.
With the diversity of local interests and needs in the Delta- we don't represent a single group or area, we provide information to the members of our communities and explain our needs to people who haven't had the chance to understand the Delta.
